  Cote d'Ivoire is located in the heart of West Africa endowed with generous tropical rain forest vegetation suitable for agriculture. Its area of 332,000 square kilometers and a population of 17 million inhabitants are supported by a very strong economy: the fourth largest economy in sub-Saharan Africa. The country is endowed with natural resources such as Agricultural commodity exports, Mining, Gas Exploration, and Eco-Tourism.

Thanks to its favorable trade balance, Cote d'Ivoire holds 45% of the insurance market in sub-Saharan Africa Francophone countries and supports 40% of West Africa region's Free Trade Zone. In agricultural commodity exports, Cote d'Ivoire is the world's largest producer and exporter of cocoa, fourth largest exporter of coffee, and Africa's leading producer of natural rubber, banana, pineapples, palm oil, and exotic flowers.

The recent discovery of sweet crude oil and an already existing exploration of natural gas exports to US and other countries, make Cote d'Ivoire one of the most dynamic and investor-friendly countries in Africa.
